Many video savers for Twitter, now X, ask you to install an app or a browser extension. For occasional use, a web page is simpler and safer.
X Downloader is one such option: paste a public post link, choose MP4 or MP3, and download. It can also handle up to ten links at once and create clean screenshots of posts.
It works on desktop and mobile browsers and does not require signup. Use it for content you own or have permission to save.
